After an initial phone interview in which the candidate’s professional experience and his/her cultural background are discussed as well as the reasons that motivate him to apply for the open position, the selected candidate is invited for a job interview with the HR Director and his Recruitment team. As a second step,  a technical job interview with the competent Functional Director is usually performed to deeply assess if the candidate’s skills are in line with the open position.
