The R&D Department of our company continuously projects innovative products and services to meet the emerging trends of the post-modern consumer who has increasingly sophisticated  expectations and buying habits. Having food safety and hygiene as a prerequisite, the main activities carried out by our R&D Department are highlighted below:

  • Defining of technical and qualitative standards of raw materials and packaging materials;

  • Planning of production processes as follows:

    • Analysis of material flows (raw materials, packaging materials, semifinished products, finished products) and related plant layout of equipment and technologies

    • Defining of Process Performance Indicators;

    • Food Safety Risk Assessment

    • Developing of product validation plans according to the operational conditions and expected shelf life  related to production, storage, transport, delivery, shelf display and  consumer domestic consumption;

    • Regulation and standardization of production processes and related development of  prescriptive system documentation (Procedures, Operating instructions);

    • Process optimizations based on the feedback information received by consumers and trade partners.
